A Complete Super Duty Transformation
Our Mega4x4 builds begin with a Ford Super Duty and take shape through a comprehensive conversion process. You can provide a new truck, or our team can source one for you. From there, we bring together custom bodywork, suspension upgrades, oversized tires, and finishing details to create your Mega4x4.
Our patented fiberglass body design is central to that transformation, making room for larger tires while giving the truck its distinctive proportions. Once the conversion comes together, paint and custom accessories complete the build.
Meet Colossal: Our Stage 2 Mega Truck
Colossal brings our biggest vision to life. Combining the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel platform with a finished stance 16 inches wider than stock, this build makes an impression from every angle.
The Colossal conversion includes:
- 46-inch Michelin XZL radial tires
- Custom forged 2-piece military-grade aluminum wheels, rated at 10,000 pounds each
- 8-inch 4-link long-arm suspension
- Fox Performance Elite Series 2.5 adjustable reservoir shocks
- Fox 2.0 dual steering stabilizer
- Upgraded 4.88 gears
Custom fiberglass race fenders, a functional ram-air hood, sculpted bedsides, and a tactical front bumper complete the exterior. The bumper follows the width of the fenders, bringing the oversized proportions together in one cohesive design. Carbon fiber body components are also available as an upgrade.
Jacked Stage 1: A Bold Introduction to Mega4x4
Our Jacked Stage 1 conversion offers another way to step into a custom mega truck. It pairs our fiberglass body package with a 3-link suspension system, Fox 2.0 shocks, a dual steering stabilizer, and up to 44-inch oversized radial tires.
Custom forged aircraft-grade aluminum wheels are designed specifically for the truck, without spacers or adapters. A tactical front bumper, Raptor LED headlights, functional ram-air details, and upgraded 4.88 gears round out the package. It’s a substantial transformation with the distinctive Mega4x4 look throughout.
